To the best of my knowledge, 3rd world is dead.
Oddly enough, 3rdworld.cc still exists, although nearly every fan site for 3rd world has shut down. If, by some miracle 3rd world is finally released after all, maybe InterPol will be recreated. Maybe someone else will do it. Maybe it'll be me. Who knows.
