Pirate Organizations are, simply put, a group of pirates who band together.
These are more dangerous than independent pirates. Pirates in these kinds of organizations will sometimes help their fellow pirates if they are attacked. Be forewarned, attempting to collect a bounty on the head of a member of a pirate organization will probably result in the pirates placing a bounty (illegally, of course) on YOUR head.
